  1. So when you guys figure this out, are we going to be compensated somehow for the time lost, daily rewards not collected, i.e. loyalty, daily, median seal, lost value pack days etc?
  2. Same exact message, just different GM. I doubt they are even reading our messages. Why would they ask about if I got a refund? I really enjoy the game, I hate this customer service though.
  3. The only thing I can think of is that last night was the only time I turned off my xbox without manually disconnecting from the game using in game options, so maybe like someone said the game thinks I am logged in so it won't let me log in.
  4. I'm having the same problem, my brother on same xbox can log in to his profile and play no problem. This is frustrating and even more so cause the ticket I submit they ask for a screenshot but they change the ticket status to complete. How is anyone supposed to get any help like that when every time you submit a ticket it goes to a different person and can't continue issue with same person? I better be compensated for this bull.
