    Seal of the Black Sun is used in a quest after you find Maudi Budar's whereabouts. You'll get to use it then. Don't want to spoil the story.

    The website email address thing is case sensitive so sometimes the system doesn't realize it is the same email address. Try doing that and you should be able to link your account. Also, account creation on the website, sometimes people think it's a forum account but it should be an account on the website. If you have ad blocker on, it won't let you create an account.
  7. Unfortunately there is no way you can upgrade your packages. The only thing you can do is just purchase the edition that you want or buy the items separately with Pearls in the Pearl Shop.

    We're doing our best to monitor the chats and are working on a system to make the in-game chat experience a little better for everyone. As we cannot monitor them 24/7, we'd greatly appreciate it if you guys could send a ticket with a screenshot to our support team (xbox.playblackdesert.com/support) if we've missed it and/or if you're on discord, shoot any of the GM/CMs a message with the screenshot, channel and Region (NA/EU) and we will make sure that appropriate action is taken. For those of you that don't know, we do have an operational policy that addresses this kind of chatting behavior. (Can be found here: https://xbox.playblackdesert.com/Policy/Policy/PolicyDtl?policyNo=4&revision=). We have been enforcing it and will continue to do so. As for dev side, we are working on implementing more in-game chat features (mute/report) etc... If you want the option to just be able to talk to your guild members/friends, you can adjust the privileges in your Xbox Live settings and it will filter out all of the world server chat. We promise that this issue is not being ignored and we are doing our best to make sure that this toxicity gets cleaned up. Until then, we can only ask you for your patience and understanding.   13. Adventurers, Thank you for playing Black Desert for Xbox One. We always strive to deliver the best possible experience for our players, however sometimes we discover issues that crept through our QA process. Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert for Xbox One: 1. Web Banners not showing correctly in certain situations. 2. In German and French, the Character Slot expansion coupon shows incorrect information, the current maximum number of slots is 7. 3. Quest tracker disappears. 4. There is an intermittent issue where retrieving items from the warehouse to your inventory is unavailable and one of these messages appear: "Cannot Apply Item Results to Memory" / "Item not found"/ "Invalid Count" 5. There is an issue where the quest settings reset after switching servers or relogging into the game. 6. There is an issue with the tavern quests – If you buy all of the quests at once, the number of quests will display incorrectly. 7. There is an issue with the Buy and Manage UI when upgrading the Tool Workshop 8. There is an issue where the Guild window UI will refresh when the Guild Quest UI refreshes. 9. There is an issue where you cannot move items directly from your horse inventory to your storage. Please move your items into your inventory and then move them into storage. 10. There is an event quest that is should not be displaying but can be seen in the game at the moment. This quest is not available, please disregard the quest. 11. There is an issue where you cannot navigate the shop after you press on the Shaggy Dog banner. Press B and you should be able to navigate again. 12. There is an issue where if you select the "[Crossroad] For Altinova" quest, the "Until We Meet Again" quest shows up. You should not be able to accept/complete the quest, because it should not be there. It is normal for you to not be able to complete the "Until We Meet Again" quest when you start the "[Crossroad] For Altinova" quest. This quest display issue will be fixed with a later update. 13. There is an issue where if you exchange your gold bars in one town, the silver is sent to a different storage. For example: You exchange your gold bars in Velia, but the silver ends up in your Calpheon storage instead. 14. There is an issue where the Resurrection skill icon is shown upon reaching Witch/Wizard class Lv.45. Currently this skill is unavailable and it will be added at a later update. Localization/Text Display Issues: **Please note that these issues may only affect some of the users.** [English] 1. Some in-game text regarding skill commands, enhanced items, and some systems messages do not appear. 2. Reform Stone item description incorrectly instructs users to press RT instead of A. 3. Target NPC to complete the quest "Dark Hallucinations" is Neruda Shen, but appears as Ridley in the quest objective. 4. The name of the boss for the quest "[Boss] Slayer of the Arena" appears as "Soldiers' Graveyard Boss" instead of "Kavali". 5. Users may not switch to characters under Lv. 6 through the disconnect window. System message displays incorrect level limit of 5 and under to switch characters. 6. Quest widget may not display the target NPC required to complete a quest. [German] 1. Pearl Shop Pet item type descriptions do not appear. 2. [Character Slot Expansion Coupon] Displays the incorrect number of character that can be created. The character creation limit is seven. [French] 1. Some in-game button text may appear in English 2. [Resolved Issues] 1. There is an issue where EU users are unable to link their accounts. This means that currently EU users are unable to join "Sign up to our Website and get a Sky Hawk pet!" event at the moment. This will be updated as soon as it is resolved. 2. In French and German, the current descriptions of pet types are currently not applied. (Resolved) 3. There is an issue where some users are not receiving items purchased from the MS store. In order to resolve this, please relog into your game or exit the cash shop and reenter it to receive the items. (Resolved) 4. There is an issue where the amount of Silver that you have traded is incorrectly displayed. (Will be fixed after maintenance) (Resolved) 5. Sorceress's Absolute Darkness I skill description should include information regarding its prerequisite skill, Sinister Energy II, but does not. (Resolved) 6. Value Pack Expires and things from inventory slots need to be moved back up to empty slots. (Resolved) [English] 1. The Delete Character system message displays the incorrect amount of time required before the same character name can be reused. (Resolved) [German] 1.     6000 Pearl Box Issue

    Adventurers, There was an issue yesterday where the 6,000 Pearl Package was displayed at 50€ instead of 60€. Although there were a few users who purchased the package during the affected period, we thought that in the interest of fairness we would give everyone the opportunity to obtain Pearls equal to the price difference. If you purchased or purchase over 50€ or $50 worth of Pearls between the following dates, we will be sending you an extra 1000 Pearls. As we asked users not to purchase during this time frame because of our error, we're giving you a chance to purchase now and still receive the 1000 pearls in compensation. These pearls will be given once per family. Although this issue only affected the European region, we are extending this compensation to those users who are playing on the American servers.   15. Adventurers, We understand that many of our users are experiencing a issue with being unable to connect to a server after joining a guild or a party. We will soon be applying a patch that should hopefully resolve the issue. However, in order to do this, we will need to take the servers down. To minimize the amount of time that you will have to spend away from Black Desert, the servers will not all be taken down at once. (First set of channels for NA server are: Balenos 2, Serendia 2, Calpheon 2 at 7:10 AM PST and for EU server are: Balenos 2, Serendia 2 at 3:10 PM UTC) Please move to (NA: Balenos 1, Serendia 1, Calpheon 1) and EU (Balenos 1, Serendia 1) so that you can continue playing the game. It will be the same process for the channels that have not undergone maintenance. Times will be announced in-game. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
