This has been a struggle since release, It's been a struggle since you gave out redeemable codes, and most of all its been a struggle to watch everyone else submit tickets/posts getting issues resolved while mine isn't. I can't recover my account because the site and the app both have 'network issues'. I have tried to reset my password on multiple networks, devices, and browsers. I've wasted hours trying to recover my password to no avail. I've posted in discord tagging gms, I've files tickets to only have it say 'please confirm your email matches' which it does! Someone reset my password so I can receive some dang redeemable boxes! This has been a struggle for months and is honestly unacceptable that it's so hard to get support!
  2. Unfortunately, I have not been able to log in to the game for some time. Since I receive the following message: "Authentication failed. If you received a refund through the store, try repurchasing the item....." A few weeks ago I wanted to buy a 6000 Pearlen package. When I wanted to complete the purchase, I returned to the purchase overview without confirmation of purchase. Since I had problems with the network during that time, I thought there was a similar problem here and I also kicked out of the queue. Therefore I have carried out the purchase a second time... well, I tried that for the third time (yep, im a monkey). Until I checked that the Pearshop didn't show a purchase confirmation on the screen. So at the end I spent 3x6000er packages for about 160 €. Of course, I immediately wrote a ticket. The answer came within 8 hours that the ticket should be written in English. Well, since all the info and questions were in German, I assumed that the Customer Service was in German. But for me that was no problem, directly opening a new ticket in English only. After one week I still haven't received an answer and so I contacted the MS Store customer service. As I thought, maybe the shop is responsible for it, as the invoice is also from MS-Store. The customer service was really nice and very helpful. Rarely has I experienced such good customer service. I was totally happy. I was immediately refunded 2 out of 3 packages. I wanted a Pearllen and the rest of the Pearlen were still ingame in my mailbox. In the meantime I was very busy with my work and was looking forward to a few days vacation. Unfortunately I had to find out the day before yesterday that my account was banned. 2 days ago I opened another ticket, unfortunately I am still waiting for an answer. So BDO is definitely one of my favorite games and I liked to buy something in the Pearlshop from time to time to support the developers (from developer to developer (; ). However, I am currently very disappointed by the customer service and hope that the account will be unbanned soon. Since I haven't answered 2 tickets already, I don't know what to do anymore.

So I'm able to log into the Black Desert+ app, but if I try to use/navigate the app I get a message saying I need to link it to the site and sends me a guide for linking XB1to the BDO site, not for linking the app to either/both. My XB1 BDO account is linked to the main site account (has been for ages), and that is my family name at the top of the app screenshot, so obviously at some point the app connected to my info..... Any info/input would be appreciated
  4. For the last week I've been trying to recover my password on the BDO website with no avail. I can't file a ticket about it because I need a account to do so. My email is the exactly the same as this one on the website. Every time I go to change my password is says 'Try again later'. All I want to to get a new password so I can't try and recover my password and hopefully a character, send help!
  5. My characters armor is glitched and reverts back to base form look (or atleast the first time I used dye). I can clearly see what my character should look like while useing a few different screens of changeing armor fast. But it then immediately reverts back to this broken form. Bottom one with bandana is what my character is supposed to look like with the gear and stuff I have. But it always reverts back to the top form in game. Doesn’t help that I can’t submit this bug to a ticket because they won’t accept tickets at the moment with pictures.....
  6. So I can’t link my account even though in game I was able to. I never received my event quest hawk for linking my account. Seems the site isn’t regcongizing it. Then when you try to unlink it says account doesn’t exist. Next can’t submit a single more ticket to provide pics of the issues. And then lastly since trying to perform that unlink so I can re link it In hopes that it would work now my dyes all went away on my items. And Ontop of that my armor pieces don’t change visually anymore. When switching to different ones. Very bugged it seems. Any tips on how to correct or do I have to wait for someone to fix and give me the event items/ pet?
  7. account creation: fill out info, click everything needed, press next, get alert about not being able to change info after, hit ok, then nothing just stays on step one. Tried multi times, with two diff browsers... Thought maybe i created one a while back but when i goto recover password the alert says to try again later? HELP?
  8. When trying to link my account to my xbox, Im getting a "No Account Found" error. the account was created 20 mins ago and all my login recorded , with case sensitivity,. Cannot search for account, log into account, cant do Anything with my account anywhere but here.

  10. Hello, This is quite confusing and frustrating I haven't been able to connect to any servers for quite sometime now. I have no idea what's happening or what caused it but please CM or anyone who's facing the problem or frustration advise. A whole lot of grind and progress has been made, I don't want to loose them. Help! Please 😟😟 The last thing I did, bought some pearls from the Microsoft store then asked for a refund cause I bought one to many. Redeemed only one box of pearls the other is not opened then the update happened, can't login into any servers like I previously said.
