  1. Hi there Every single time I swap between cellular and WiFi the black desert app asks me to link my website account with in-game account although it's been linked since March. The fix to this is to click log out, restart the app, and log back in. It is tedious to say the least and it makes me want to check my marketplace less often. Is this a bug or is this supposed to work like this? Is there someone else experiencing the same problem? I have a clean install of the app which is up to date. I'm using the app on an up-to-date software wise iphone 7 btw.

So I'm able to log into the Black Desert+ app, but if I try to use/navigate the app I get a message saying I need to link it to the site and sends me a guide for linking XB1to the BDO site, not for linking the app to either/both. My XB1 BDO account is linked to the main site account (has been for ages), and that is my family name at the top of the app screenshot, so obviously at some point the app connected to my info..... Any info/input would be appreciated
  3. Hey just looking for a hand. Bought the $80Cdn pearl box but i have not received my pearls nor can i link my account to submit a ticket due to that bug. Any solutions? Thanks! Edit: im an idiot. I have them
