  1. Hey everyone! My apologies for the layout of this posting - I copied it from another source I originally posted it at but never received a response. I recently started playing BDO on the PS4 (please don't start any "PC is better" nonsense because I own a PS4, I don't own a PC, so your subjective point will be completely moot anyway) - and I am looking for some pointers on getting the most from the game. I apologize ahead of time if any of these questions are repetitive - I am a single father with a full time job trying to enjoy the game with the time I have available to do so - so hunting down multiple places, vids, and editorials for these questions would take away from the time I do have to actually play the game. lol Any assistance on these questions would be greatly appreciated as I am enjoying the game but have run into a few walls/questions that I am having difficulty weeding through. Is it better to play through the main story first and then focus on the side items later? I have begun investing CP into an area and have linked nodes. Three workers (i.e. minions) have been hired, but how do I make the most out of this and is there a way to create self-sustaining trade routes? I have purchased all the residences in one area and invested in diverse options - i.e. mining, crafting, tool building, ship yard, etc. - is it better to remain diverse, or, is it better to specialize in a particular field and focus on that in the long run? I have a wagon. Yay! Uhhh... other than using it to move from point A to point B, how do I get the most out of it? Is it best to use it as a "traveling merchant" and just move goods from one location to another for profit? Or... I also have a raft. Yay! But, it always seems to load where someone else's ship is currently located and I have only been successful in taking it out for a cruise once. Anyone else having this issue? If so, any solutions that you may have found? Fences and farming - How large of a farm can I build and where? I currently own a couple of properties right next to each other that are walled in and have a courtyard/backyard connecting the two together. It's rather nice. One is my residence for cooking/crafting, while the other has been designated as storage. Can I use this courtyard area between the two homes as a place to fence/farm - or are there designated areas that must be used in order to do this? These are the deeper questions I've had so far, so again, thank you to anyone who may be able to assist. The mechanics of these particular items is either not explained very well in game, or, not at all from what I have been able to find so far. Thanks!
  2. Our main focus is to conquer as many nodes in many servers as we can. You don't need the same goal to join, all we're asking is for your help. Anyone is welcome to join our family we only ask for you is to have fun and do your best.
  3. As they announced there is going to be a new class and it's a support it reignited for me the interest and provided a the motivation to finally come back to BDX. Now Im not great when it comes to Dps and PVP especially 1x1 as I specialise in mass scale PVP and battle grounds as a support and untill now there were not really a option given in terms of classes for such a role and now with the announcement of Shai I can finally enjoy the game the way I like it, being a true support and watching out for the front and them in need. I am a PC veteran but for the most part I really don't have anything to brag about or show off as for the most part I just leveled classes took them for a spin to find the once I liked and focus on, I didn't do anything whit life skills at all so that part of the game is still a complex mystery to me tho knowing well it's the one thing you got to do in order to gain silver and mats thus I always was short on silver but despite that I still managed to gear and enjoy the neet style of the game. With the introduction of the new class I decided to prep for it that be: gearing, life skills and silver gain for a easier transition for a class swap when the time comes. I have been part of Symphony so as Life guild from whom I had the best time playing the game was in the guild of Life. It was small but hax it was tense, exciting, confusing at times but so much fun to be in tho when they disbanded was the time I quit BDX as the thrill of being hunted, hated and more but knowing we got each others backs was ireplacebl by any other guild it was the same feeling when I plaited in Tera under Red Zerg a Russian hard core War guild but time flys and now I'm returng to BDX thus I seek a new guild. Main: Shai Alt: Lahn, Valk Style: Support Mic: Yes Forum: Astolti Xbox: Astolti Targets: Gear, Basic understanding on life skills, preparations for my main Guild: PVX [Casual War Guild] with a decent member count and activity. Voice is a must. Astolti
  4. So I have simple question. When I assign a worker to make, let's say, black powder. How do I set it to more then 1. Ex. I have 100 rough stones in Valia warehouse, a worker in valiant doing nothing, a refinery in valia. I select refinery, manage crafting, I select valuable worker, and the only option I have is 'hit X to start work'. No option to change amount.
  5. One thing that would be great to be added, a small, but sort of vital step would be to add a description of WHICH lumber or ORE you get from each of these types of nodes. Currently the only way to find where any of these comes from is to highlight the item and press X and read in the description. I think it’s absolutely vital because I’d like to know which kind of these two things I’m investing in instead of guessing. I know you can withdraw the points, but I’d rather not if I don’t have to.
