Unable to obtain 18th character slot

Hello I have 17 characters and a character slot coupon but when I go to use the coupon I get a pop up saying unable to create character slot. 

In the pearl shop under the view description of the character coupon slot it says you can have up to 18 characters. As you can see in the pics below 

Please  Fix Thank You

We understand that you are having issues using the Character Slot Expansion Coupon that you bought. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
 
Please be informed that you can only have 17 character slots on your account as of the moment. Nonetheless, you should be able to use the said extra character slot once we release a new character in the future so we suggest you stay tuned.

The item description will be corrected as well. Thank you.
 
You are more welcome to file a new ticket to us if you have any other concerns.

So false advertising is okay? I want my 600 pearls back. I can invest that money into something else until I'm able  to add an 18th character. Why should PA invest my money spent on false advertising???

Hi there @Vainamoinen! Something seems off about this. I can see being upset about the typo on the item, we are looking into fixing that right now. My GM team here said that anyone requesting a refund will get one. Since I don't see any mention of a refund in the response I am wondering if maybe something was lost in translation? I am going to message you now and request your email address so I can look into the issue. If you didn't ask for a refund, feel free to submit another ticket and request one:
