I cant connect to the game period.

I cannot connect to the server. It says black desert server is disconnected[400]. Authentication is being confirmed[400]

I have tried everything to fix this. Hard reset, cleared saved data cache, unplugged the xbox for 30min, reset my router, all ports are open. Nothing is fixing my problem and I have spent money ingame. Plz help me to get my account back working.

I'm also having this issue. I was looking in my storage and getting that stupid "invalid count" bug when my game hard crashed to the dashboard and now I get this same screen when I try to log in.

Same exact problem. I was switching servers in game and it dashboarded me after a load screen. Now I can't log in at all. Prompt response is desired. Don't mean to sound like a snob but hopefully the customer service for BDO is good, this is usually when Mmorpgs lose my interest depending on the resolution skills of their team and communication.

Also just checked, it will let me into the game on another profile but it won't let me log in under the one I've been playing with for over a week. My gamertag is Paradigm Morph (the profile it won't let me log in with).

Its been more then 4 hours since I've encountered this issue. Since then I've done hard resets of both my system and router. I've deleted and reinstalled the game and saved data. Given what other posters have said it seems, to me, to be a disconnect between our xbox live profile and our in game profile. I think our characters are still logged in so every time we try to connect it causes a conflict.

Hoping they wake up soon if they are west coast. I don't mind bugs, every game has them. I do mind bugs that keep me from connecting to the game at all.

Yeah at least some kind of communication... I've sent in a ticket, sent emails and posted in 2 different threads now as well as posting on Reddit. No responses.

Up to 10 hours and I still can't log in.....can't we just get a rolling restart of the NA servers? I'm almost positive that would fix our issue for now.

So this community manager sends me an email through the same website he refers me to that I processed the ticket to? Whaaat? Am I missing something. Literally same website I submitted the bug report on to which he's replying.

I'm having the same problem, my brother on same xbox can log in to his profile and play no problem.  This is frustrating and even more so cause the ticket I submit they ask for a screenshot but they change the ticket status to complete.  How is anyone supposed to get any help like that when every time you submit a ticket it goes to a different person and can't continue issue with same person?  I better be compensated for this bull.

10h with no answer, 10h is enough for a day work, at least they should admit yeah there is a bug, please wait or something else.

The only thing I can think of is that last night was the only time I turned off my xbox without manually disconnecting from the game using in game options, so maybe like someone said the game thinks I am logged in so it won't let me log in.

Mine updated for patch, told me to restart and I did, then this happened. Night before I logged out by just hitting quit on the game itself as I always have.  Never had a problem before on this game or any other.

They need to resolve this soon and compensate us with something as I have spent like 80usd and I will spend more on something I like and I like this game but I will not spend anymore if they give me something for this setback. My friends are 54 and stuff and I'm stuck at 49 when 2 days ago we were the same lvl.

Game crashed to dashboard last night then this bs started. No answer from any dev's or support no matter where or how hard I try. This is getting old real fast.

So they responded to my support ticket, GM Gilsh ask me to run network speed test and take a picture of the results. And to resubmit with that info. Lol I gott 700 mbps it's not my internet and my nat is open on all the ports.
