Error Code [BEC_001/190]

Can anyone help me with this Error Code [BEC_001/190]? Bought the deluxe edition and then decided on the ultimate. Got refunded for the deluxe edition and played a little of the ultimate. Xbox then made a mistake and refunded both the deluxe and ultimate edition when I only asked for one. Now I can’t play the game at all even after buying the ultimate edition again. Please help.

... I dont know what do it ... Microsoft say error has Bdo...bdo say i need buy the game....but hey....I payment 100 euros for ultimate....and i didn't use them....

Hopefully the administrators would actually see this already. I need something done already. It’s their error code. The need to fix it.

This error has basically shown up to everyone who refunded a version of the game, then bought another. It does not matter whether or not these were pre-orders, it seems. The Xbox GM's have more or less said that unless you buy the originally ordered version, you'll be unable to play the game. In this case, they'll want you to repurchase the deluxe edition. I put in three tickets on separate occasions about this, and this was the last one:

Interesting but I don’t remember the family name at all lol. Seems like I would need to toss a ticket in. I just sent in a ticket. I hope they lift your suspension too!

First you need to make/log in to an account on http://xbox.playblackdesert.com Then, under support, there should be an option to "Submit a Ticket". I'd put this issue under "account". They have yet to lift my suspension, so I'm just considering a full refund at this point.

Sheesh, I already got my refund but I’m waiting to see if they would actually fix our issue. 😕 I mean, you made the game, why make it difficult to help someone?
