Ignored Tickets

Anyone else have their tickets ignored? I put in a ticket early morning on the 26th of last month and have gotten no response back. MrPay2Win not pay that guys salary yet? Either help, or tell me there is nothing you can do to resolve my issue and let me move on. Thanks.

Goodluck they dont care they are to focused on releasing this game on the PS4 they drained as much money as they can from the xbox version now they are done with it and gona drain ps4 of its money then when that's dried up will abandoned it all together.

This is just a quick cash grab for them they know it has no future

Depends how annoying you are I think. My only complaint with them is even if they respond and ask you a question, they close the ticket. Then you gotta fill out the whole stupid thing from the start

I have put in 3 tickets so far and they've responded to each one within 24 hours.  Either the response got lost in your spam folder or it got lost in space.  Try going to tickets submitted (thru the site or the link on the auto reply when you first submitted) and if nothing's responded to try the ticket once more.

Still says it's processing. Guess I'll open a duplicate ticket.

That is why they hired CMs.
Community Managers browse the forums, post relevant information when they can, and rely relevant issues to GMs when they can. The last bit is more about use providing clear, concise, and actionable information. This topic could be acted upon by a CM if the user had bothered to include the ticket number every requests gets automatically or maybe even the actual issue they are experiencing but he turned it into a topic about complaining more than seeking help.
